“In this case, the client has assigned me to coordinate with the opposing party to compensate for damages to the victim in the criminal case. Since the victim has filed a complaint to proceed with the case against the client, and the client is unable to conveniently go to the police station personally, I have coordinated with the police and mediated with the victim initially to agree on the compensation for damages. It turned out that the victim was willing to accept the compensation, so we met at the Bang-sao-thong Police Station as agreed upon, and as the client’s representative, I have successfully compensated the victim for the damages. Consequently, the victim withdrew the complaint and decided not to pursue the case further.

Initially, the opposing party refused to accept the compensation for damages. However, in the end, they discussed the matter with their lawyer and the police officers. Together, they coordinated and resolved the issue amicably. And that’s how it all concluded positively.”
