Separation and Child Custody Agreement
In this case, it involves foreigners residing in Pattaya with a partner and children but without being officially married. Previously, I assisted this family in obtaining certification of paternity through the court and district office processes.
However, shortly after the certification, both parties decided to part ways, leading to issues regarding child custody.
I then recommended that they create a formal agreement specifying who would take care of the child, when, and how to handle the assets acquired during their time together.
Agreeing on the terms proved challenging and took a considerable amount of time, but ultimately, they were able to come to an agreement.
