Breach of condominium down payment contract
“This case involves the plaintiff purchasing a condominium but not receiving the deposit or rental guarantee money as stipulated in the agreement. Therefore, they have instructed us to proceed with filing a lawsuit against this condominium project.
It appears that in this case, the defendant has admitted to breaching the contract. Therefore, they have requested to enter into a settlement agreement with the court and compensate the plaintiff according to the contract. If they fail to pay according to the agreement, we will proceed with further legal action.”
