Consumer case Mediation
Sued for breach of contract for medical equipment, the debtor deliberately evaded payment to the company.
The company then assigned lawyers to prosecute the case. After the lawyers filed the lawsuit, it was found that the debtor intentionally changed names and surnames up to 3 times to avoid being traced by the creditor
but this did not work. Our legal team had conducted a civil registration search, which revealed all the movements.
Subsequently, the debtor contacted the creditor’s lawyers to request a full debt repayment plan.
An agreement was reached through a compromise contract, agreeing not to evade debt. The longer the resistance to payment, the more likely the case will end up in court. Therefore, it is advisable to contact for debt repayment to benefit oneself.
