Commercial and Business registration

A commercial registration certificate is essentially a business registration certificate. In the past, it was referred to as a business registration certificate, but the name was later changed to a commercial registration certificate to give it a more formal connotation. This certificate is very important for running a business.

Besides enhancing credibility, as previously mentioned, it can also serve as proof for financial transactions. For instance, when conducting financial transactions with financial institutions, such as taking out loans, purchasing a house, or buying a car, the commercial registration certificate can be used as evidence for the loan.

This is because businesses with a commercial registration certificate can be easily verified, as they have a permanent address, making it possible to track them down in case of default or fraud.
