Our client is interested in purchasing a condo but is currently out of town and unable to personally inspect the unit.
As the designated representative, our office will conduct a thorough inspection of the condo on behalf of the client. We will coordinate with the property developer to ensure any necessary repairs are completed.
Additionally, we will provide the client with a detailed report highlighting the items that were fixed and keep them updated throughout the process until the transfer day.
When clients decide to purchase a property, besides handling contracts and the transfer process, our office can also inspect the property prior to transfer to ensure peace of mind for the buyer.
