Transferring inherited assets after receiving a court order
As the appointed executor of the estate, you are responsible for managing the inheritance, which includes condominium assets.
Once the court issues an order appointing you as the estate manager, the next step is to proceed with transferring the inherited assets at the Land Office.
Our office has conducted an inspection of the inherited assets and found unpaid taxes associated with them. In response, we have initiated the tax clearance process and are proceeding with the transfer to the rightful heir according to the law.
