Appointment to hear the judgment in the case of breach of contract
In this case, the plaintiff has sued the defendant to perform the contract by paying the full performance bond from the condominium purchase.
However, before testifying in this case, the plaintiff, who is a foreigner, was unable to pay the court fee of 2% of the value of the case assets. Therefore, the lawyer filed a petition for the court to exempt the court fee. After investigating the petition to exempt the court fee, the court ordered the plaintiff to pay the court fee of only 60,000 baht instead of 120,000 baht.
Then, the court scheduled a hearing for the judgment and ordered the defendant to compensate for the damages and pay the full performance bond to the plaintiff.
