more than 300 creditors had filed petitions requesting the court to issue a warrant to appoint an enforcement officer and seize the defendant’s assets.
Since most of the creditors are foreigners, they appointed a lawyer to investigate the defendant’s assets in Phuket.
The lawyer then proceeded to file for asset distribution to ensure the creditors receive their debt payments.
