Divorce Case Hearing

An Irish client was abandoned by his Thai wife, who left their home in Ireland over 10 years ago, never fulfilling her duties as a wife. Each time he tried to contact her to proceed with the divorce, she would always demand money.

Subsequently, the lawyer filed for divorce at the Juvenile and Family Court in Roi Et Province, which is the defendant’s place of residence. The case also included Irish law, as it pertains to the nationality of the plaintiff, as part of the proceedings.

Ultimately, the court ordered the client and the defendant to be divorced without any conflict with Thai law.

This case spanned over 10 years, and finally, the client has gained freedom.
