This case stems from the concerns of the heir who has the right to inherit in place of the father, who is afraid that outsiders who are not part of the lineage will inherit instead of the father, even though they are illegitimate children. Therefore, they appointed a lawyer to oppose the appointment of the estate manager and also objected to the requestor to prepare a new and accurate family tree, as there were false entries in the family tree presented to the court.
Meanwhile, the court has scheduled the heir for mediation up to 4 times, but the mediation has not been successful. The opposing lawyer then contacted the estate manager to discuss a way out, stating that the investigation of the petition must be done properly.
In the end, the opposing heir jointly recorded an agreement among the heirs regarding the division of the estate, stating that for the illegitimate child, the estate manager will not distribute the property until the juvenile court and the family have a judgment that this illegitimate child is legally favored by the father.
