This client intends to sell their condominium but, due to work commitments abroad, is unable to handle the process personally.

Jasmine has arranged a meeting with the client to sign the necessary documents at the Land Office for the future condominium transfer.

For foreign property owners, if they wish to authorize someone else to handle the transfer on their behalf, a power of attorney must be signed in front of an official while the owner is in Thailand.
