Draft Lease Agreement for Business Operation – Korean Entertainment Devices
In this case, a businessperson from South Korea intends to place large entertainment devices along the shores of Pattaya City. Therefore, it is necessary to lease a space in a certain Avenue for an extended period.
The terms of the lease agreement are quite complex, covering various aspects such as specifying insurance for different areas, including fire insurance, structural integrity coverage, or accident insurance related to entertainment devices.
Establishing a Thai company for business operations and obtaining permission to use the entertainment devices is part of this case.
