Lease Agreement for Russian Business Owners
Three Russian entrepreneurs have decided to join together and open a business in Thailand. However, they are facing difficulties in finding a rental location due to previous negative experiences with landlords.
For this particular business venture, they have decided to hire a lawyer to take care of the entire leasing process, from beginning to end.
This includes conducting due diligence on the land and building and dealing with the landlord.
The negotiation of lease terms, drafting the lease agreement, and signing the contract will all be handled by the lawyer.
Although the rental location they have found does not currently have a house number, both parties have agreed to rely on the lawyer to obtain the house number during the lease period.
Since the leasing process has gone smoothly, the Russian business partners have entrusted the lawyer to take care of other aspects of the business going forward.
