Drafting and Explaining Contract
Our company has previously prepared standard investment contracts for real estate investment with real estate companies. However, due to the complexity of real estate laws, combined with the fact that investors are foreigners, we have been invited to explain each clause of the contract and address any legal concerns related to investment and real estate in Thailand for the investors to understand. We will also act as witnesses for the signing of the contracts.
This is a great opportunity to meet the management of the importing company of heavy machinery from Germany, who is currently interested in assembling components in Thailand.
