Filing a Criminal Lawsuit directly with the court, without involving the police
In certain criminal cases, for the sake of convenience, a lawyer has the ability to directly file a lawsuit with the court without having to report the matter to the police or have them initiate the legal proceedings.
We always advise our clients on the suitable approach—whether to involve the police or proceed directly to court.
Similarly, in this particular case, upon careful consideration of the evidence available, we have determined that the evidence is sufficient to directly file a lawsuit with the court, eliminating the need for additional police investigation.
For the sake of expedience, we have therefore chosen to file a lawsuit directly with the court. Within a period of no more than 2 months, our client will be able to encounter the opposing party in the courtroom.
