This matter is a family feud that has been ongoing for over 30 years. The land survey and title deed issuance encroached on neighboring property, causing them to lose some of their land. Today, there was a third boundary survey conducted, with officials from the Land Office mediating to ensure each party’s land area matches

Today, there was a third boundary survey conducted, with officials from the Land Office mediating to ensure each party’s land area matches what is specified in the title deeds.
However, a resolution is still unattainable as the opposing party insists on encroaching, causing us damage.
We have now created a dispute map and are proceeding with legal actions.
