In this case, the client from Phuket was facing criminal charges brought by a public company.
They needed a lawyer who could communicate directly in English and was trustworthy
so they were referred to us by a former client of our firm.
Initially, during our first conversation before the court appearance, the client was extremely worried about the possibility of being imprisoned in Thailand.
However, after explaining the legal aspects, evidence, and our defense strategy, they felt more reassured and prepared to proceed with the case.
Despite the long distance, the client placed their trust in us, and we were ready to travel to assist in this matter.
The case has now concluded, and the client was able to return to their home country.
On the day of the verdict, they brought their family—eight people in total—who flew in from India to support them.
