This case involves a problem between two contractors working together to deliver a house worth nearly 20 million to the owner from Hong Kong.
During the course of their work, there were several issues that did not align, such as the timeframes for delivering each part, payment conditions, additional ordered materials, changes in the design, and others.
As a result, they faced penalties imposed by the landowner.
